We are Miha and Neza. We live in Lesce. Bled was always our first choice where to spend sunny days around the lake on weekends. So we decided to buy a studio apartment there and be your hosts. Our first passion is nature, we love to go hiking. We are relaxed and easy-going persons. Our STUDIO XII is always pefectly clean because we care how our guests see it and feel comfortable. We speak Slovenian, English and Serbo-croatian. We try to be a good host for you, so if you have any questions about apartment, where to go, what to do…do not hesitate to ask

Our Studio XII is the perfect option if you’re looking for a little extra luxury. With an open 40m2 floor plan, the Studio XII offer the extra space you need to spread out and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bled skyline and mountains. Apartment is functional and comfortable, it has elegant simplicity and give you the space and privacy you need. Ideally suited for today’s leisure or business travelers. We are happy to welcome you with a bottle of fine Slovenian wine, bottle of natural water, great coffee and some other extras. For an easy wake up you can order breakfast day before and get it to an apartment next morning. Food is carefully prepared from local farmers. STUDIO XII is located in the centre of Bled in super-quiet apartment building. Supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy and bus station are in range of 150m.

  • please always close the main entrance door in the evening.every time you leave the apartment need to close windows and doors
  • smoking is strictly forbidden in apartment and other interiors
  • please do not damage or take away inventory, it is also not desirable to change the layout of the interior. The guests is responsible for leaving the apartment in condition in which it was taken over
  • night peace is required from 10 pm to 6am. during this time, please do no disturb residents or other guests unnecessarily
  • pets are not allowed

Triglav national park

One of the best tings to do in Slovenia is hiking. Amazing hike is from Vrsic Pass to Slemenova spica. From there are amazing views to Italy, Austria and the Julian Alps

Bohinj is jaw dropping! Rent a sup and explore Lake Bohinj on water. Then go to Slap Savica which is one of Slovenia’s most spectacular waterfalls. It’s the third most visited attraction

First stop Koper – the capital of slovenian coast, then go on to Portorose with long beach and bars on it (great night life), then go by your feet to charming Piran with a lot of hidden corners

There’s a picture perfect market in the centre and plenty of places to eat, including opportunities to try out some of the local dumplings and hearty Slovenian stews.
